Although Ford had been making some sort of truck since 1900, reworking Model Ts, Henry Ford entered the truck market in July of 1917 with the Model TT. With only 3 units made in 1917, most sources have it introduced in the 1918 model year. For pictures of these custom trucks made from 1902-1917, visit the NewCity Family's Fotki Feed for loads of photos in chronological order.
